Over the last 8 years, I've worked with some of the largest associations, affiliations, franchises and consulting groups to design, implement, measure and iterate on the business systems that serve thousands of small business owners. The systems we've designed have been instrumental in helping those organizations scale their operations.

My approach focuses on uncovering client needs and delivering value that not only delights but also brings real value to the business owners I work with.

My pivot to acupuncture marketing automation was deeply personal. My wife, an acupuncturist herself, inspired me through her own practice. After 5 years of building a thriving business in Denver, CO we made the decision to move back to Arizona when we found out we were expecting our first kid. How does one make a name for themselves in a market that's saturated with other acupuncturists...?

Here, I applied my expertise from the gym industry to her practice, focusing on organic growth through effective systems and strategies. We focused on doing the basics, extremely well. Things like, a nice website that builds report, simplicity in reaching out, consistent and effective follow up that happens no matter what. Over the past year, we've seen her business flourish using these methods.

My belief in the power of acupuncture is not just professional but also personal. Having witnessed the challenges many skilled acupuncturists face in managing the business aspect of their practice, I'm committed to bridging this gap.
