2. Payment Terms

   Customers are required to make payments monthly. Payment for services should be made on or before the agreed-upon date each month. Any late payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

   Customers wishing to cancel their service agreement with QiFlow Marketing are required to provide a 30-day notice.No refunds will be provided for services rendered during the active month.

4. No Long-Term ContractsQiFlow Marketing does not bind customers to long-term contracts. All agreements are flexible and operate on a month-to-month basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

   While we strive to offer exceptional service, QiFlow Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Amendments

   QiFlow Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Governing Law

   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
